Your Exciting Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Develop: Assist in crafting cutting-edge test and measurement concepts for advanced optical systems and unique optical components.
• Analyze and Improve: Support the testing and thorough analysis of optical systems, verifying performance and quality.
• Compare and Evaluate: Examine various optical systems focusing on materials, mounting techniques, and overall design concepts.
• Crunch the Numbers: Dive into data analysis, drawing meaningful insights to drive improvements.
• Document Discoveries: Keep detailed records of your findings, contributing to our growing knowledge base.
• Lab Excellence: Play an integral role in maintaining and supporting various tasks in our dynamic lab environment.

Your Ideal Profile:

• STEM-Literate: You’re currently pursuing a BSc or MS in Engineering-related fields such as Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, ensuring you can handle documentation and data analysis efficiently.
• Programmer & Design Skills Proficient: Experienced in a programming language (Python, C++) and/or CAD software (Solidworks), enabling you to contribute to both software and design tasks.
• Independent Go-Getter: You work responsibly and independently, taking initiative and driving projects forward.
• Analytical Thinker: You possess a keen analytical and structured mindset, perfect for tackling complex problems and data.
• Team Player: Your strong team and communication skills make you a collaborative and supportive team member.
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and German, allowing you to seamlessly communicate in our diverse environment.
