Heat curing (-H suffix) adhesives are oxygen inhibited. If used on the surface of a substrate, the adhesive will need to be cured under an inert atmosphere (like nitrogen) to fully cure.

Optikkleber von Norland sind transparente, lösungsmittelfreie Kleber für Optiken, die im ultravioletten Licht innerhalb von Minuten aushärten. Die Kleber werden zur präzisen Ausrichtung oder Positionierung eingesetzt, wenn eine robuste und dauerhafte Klebeverbindung benötigt wird. Optikkleber von Norland sind für eine Vielzahl von Materialien geeignet, u. a. für Glas auf Glas, Glas auf Glas/Metall und Kunststoff auf Kunststoff/Glas. Der Optikkleber wird einfach auf die optische Grenzfläche aufgetragen, die Komponenten werden justiert und sind nach dem Aushärten im UV-Licht fixiert. Da der Klebstoff nur unter UV-Licht aushärtet, ist die Positionierung nicht zeitkritisch.
