RegistrierenNavigating Supply Chain Constraints – Material Options for Infrared Optics
We invite you to attend this 45-minute webinar presented by Dr. Mary Turner, Technical Fellow, Optical Design at Edmund Optics®. Join this webinar to learn about the supply chain issues affecting infrared optics, the materials commonly used for IR lenses, and how alternative materials can be evaluated as potential substitutes while considering cost, performance, availability, and lead times.
At the end of this webinar, attendees will have a strong understanding of:
Dr. Mary Turner
Technical Fellow, Optical Design
Dr. Mary Turner is a Technical Fellow in Optical Design for Edmund Optics. She has extensive design experience in a wide variety of optical systems including laser beam shaping, machine vision, spectrometers, telescopic systems, and projection systems. Mary received a Ph.D. in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona and has past experience as a Senior Scientist for Zemax and Director of Training for the Breault Research Organization. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona College of Optical Sciences where she teaches optical design theory, optical design tools, and polarization device modeling.
