Corning® Varioptic® A-PE Series Liquid Lenses feature a variable focus liquid lens with a dedicated, calibrated driver board for enhanced performance. The driver board enables advanced features, including temperature compensation algorithms, response time optimization for optical power changes, and sweep mode, which acquires clear images while the liquid lens is still in motion. Corning® Varioptic® A-PE Series Variable Focus Liquid Lenses are ideal for use in barcode readers, industrial inspection, medical imaging, and biometrics applications, and are fully compatible with the AF Explorer Camera for plug-and-play operation. Control Software is included only with development kits and not with individually packaged lenses.
